
Billing Quality Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Billing Quality Analyst to join our team at Charter Communications. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing billing data, identifying billing trends, and resolving billing issues. You will also be responsible for researching and resolving customer inquiries, working closely with internal departments, and providing customer service support.The successful candidate must possess an excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as a customer-focused attitude. You must also have a minimum of 3 years of experience in billing and customer service, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.If you have the required qualifications and are eager to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
