Associate Engineer - Network Operations Center

Charter Communications is currently looking for an experienced and motivated Associate Engineer - Network Operations Center to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, responding to, and troubleshooting customer service issues. You will also be responsible for helping to resolve customer-reported network problems, configuring and managing routers, switches, and other network devices.To be successful in this role, you should have an Associate's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field, plus a minimum of one year of experience in a network operations center, strong customer service and communication skills, and experience with network operating systems and network troubleshooting. You should also have a working knowledge of routing protocols, such as BGP, EIGRP and OSPF.We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, organized and able to communicate effectively with customers, fellow team members and other departments.
