Associate Billing Analyst

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Billing Analyst at Charter Communications. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the Billing Services Department by administering billing processes and maintaining accurate customer account records. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to multitask and prioritize, and have a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer billing including invoicing and payments
• Maintain accurate customer account records in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Analyze billing processes and identify areas for improvement
• Proactively resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes in a timely manner
• Develop and implement strategies to improve billing processes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Monitor customer accounts for discrepancies and take corrective action
• Assist with forecasting and budgeting for the Billing Services Department
• Generate periodic reports to summarize billing activities and provide insights on customer trends, billing errors, and customer feedback
• Train and mentor new team members on billing processes and procedures
