Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum 2 Years Of Experience In Digital Service And Customer Experience Analysis.
Strong Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Draw Insights.
Proficiency In Using Analytics Tools Such As Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Or Similar.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Teams In A Fast-Paced Environment.
