  9. Assist with the development and maintenance of digital service platforms and tools.
  10. Continuously strive to improve and innovate processes to enhance customer experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum 2 Years Of Experience In Digital Service And Customer Experience Analysis.

  • Strong Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Draw Insights.

  • Proficiency In Using Analytics Tools Such As Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Or Similar.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Teams In A Fast-Paced Environment.
