Job Qualifications
  • Relevant Experience: A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Aerial Construction And Telecommunications Industry, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Role.

  • Technical Knowledge: In-Depth Knowledge Of Aerial Construction Techniques, Equipment, And Materials Used In Telecommunications Networks, Including Fiber Optic Cables, Poles, And Attachments.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Aerial Construction Technicians, Including Scheduling, Assigning Tasks, And Providing Training And Guidance.

  • Safety Compliance: Familiarity With Safety Regulations And Procedures Related To Aerial Construction, And Ability To Ensure Compliance With All Safety Protocols To Prevent Accidents And Injuries.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Communicate Project Updates, And Address Any Issues Or Concerns That Arise During The Construction Process.
