  1. Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive growth and revenue in the Mega Market segment for Retirement Plan Services.
  2. Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet and exceed their individual and team sales goals.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, serving as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique needs and objectives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns and initiatives.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Act as a brand ambassador for Charles Schwab, representing the company and its values in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
  8. Attend industry events and conferences to network, build brand awareness, and generate new business opportunities.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
