- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive growth and revenue in the Mega Market segment for Retirement Plan Services.
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet and exceed their individual and team sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, serving as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique needs and objectives.
