- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and community organizations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Colleagues.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Services, With At Least 2 Years In A Management Or Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of Investment Products And Services, Including Brokerage, Wealth Management, And Retirement Planning.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Achieving Targets, As Well As Managing A Team To Meet And Exceed Performance Goals.
