
Technical Business Systems Analyst
Translate business needs into technical solutions and corresponding functional & technical requirements for software development process. Interface with both the technical and business teams, communicating technical requirements to both technical and non-technical colleagues. Develop functional system documentation, data, activity & flow diagrams, and data mappings. Drive significant enhancements and work on streamlining processes along with introduction of upgrades to existing products. Help groom user stories and identify requirements to drive the solution design. Build key relationships with stakeholders and communicates with partners. Facilitate effective requirement discovery meetings while exhibiting confidence and extensive knowledge of business requirements and technology best practices.
5-7 years of experience in collaborating with business and technical teams to understand requirements
Advanced understanding of riskCanvas application and workflow configurations
Financial risk and compliance knowledge a plus
Solid experience and understanding of Agile Methodologies
Prior experience/familiarity with interfacing with QA and production support
Ability to analyze data, data flow and generate data mappings to provide business solutions
