
Team Manager, Training Operations
Leading a team of Training Operations Specialists responsible for the LMS and logistics implementation including scheduling, materials ordering and delivery, and launch of virtual training. Leading all aspects of the day-to-day responsibilities for the department, including scheduling and booking resources, managing registrations, reconciling records and reports, coordinating curriculum development, and other special projects as required. Ensuring Training Operations processes and procedures are adhered to, consistent and documented. Serving as the primary contact with HRIS Learning Technology team for LMS and WebEx production support and system enhancements. Leading team LMS testing efforts in partnership with our learning technology partners and governance processes. Following Plan of Supervision to ensure all activities entered into the LMS with proper internal review numbers and content is retired on a monthly basis based on training partner review within specified service level agreements. Meeting regularly with training leaders to address trends, strategy and resource planning.
High attention to detail with exceptional time-management skills, and proven ability to manage multiple projects required
3-5+ years team leadership experience and proficiency in leading a geographically dispersed team
