  1. Lead and manage a team of IT audit and SOX compliance professionals, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure efficient and effective execution of responsibilities.
  2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's technology systems and IT audit and SOX compliance requirements.
  3. Create and implement strategies and processes to ensure the company's technology systems are secure and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  4. Conduct regular risk assessments and identify areas of potential vulnerability or non-compliance, and develop solutions to mitigate risk.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, finance, and legal, to ensure alignment and consistency in IT audit and SOX compliance efforts.
  6. Monitor and track IT audit and SOX compliance activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  7. Prepare and present reports to senior management on IT audit and SOX compliance status, findings, and recommendations for improvement.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and developments related to IT audits and SOX compliance, and make recommendations for process improvements as needed.
  9. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, providing coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance skills and performance.
  10. Represent the company in external audits and regulatory examinations related to IT and SOX compliance, ensuring all requirements are met and inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (Cisa) Or Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) Certification.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In It Audits And Sox Compliance, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Proven Leadership And Team Management Skills.

  • Strong Understanding Of Internal Control Frameworks And Regulatory Requirements Related To It Audits And Sox Compliance.
