
Talent Sourcing Advisor
Sourcing, screening, and assessing high impact candidates for targeted job requisitions and job profiles. Building strategic sourcing plans for defined business areas and using various sourcing channels to generate pipelines of qualified and diverse talent. Partnering with business teams to understand current & future business needs and role-specific requirements. Collaborating with other Sourcing Advisors and Talent Advisors to generate innovative ideas, maximize resources, and share information on effective sourcing strategies and candidate profiles. Building long term relationships with potential candidates through networking, employee referrals, cold calling and passive recruiting techniques. Managing pipelines of “silver medalists” or "bronze medalists" for future placement. Providing labor market research insights, including supply and demand reporting.
Minimum of 3 years of proven talent sourcing experience in an agency, search firm or corporate setting.
Ability to apply best-in-class talent sourcing practices and develop strong business insights
Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify and mine untapped sourcing channels.
