SRE - Site Reliability Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join the Charles Schwab team. This is the perfect opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about technology, enjoys problem-solving, and has a desire to help build and maintain reliable systems.As an SRE, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our production systems and services, working with our engineering and DevOps teams to ensure our systems are reliable and secure. You will collaborate across teams to define and implement standards, processes, and best practices for system reliability and performance.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background, excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills, and a passion for learning new technologies. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Additionally, experience with DevOps tools and technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible, is desirable.We are looking for a high-performing SRE who is driven, creative, and has a customer-first attitude.
