The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets, a passion for trading bonds, and a commitment to excellence.The Sr. Specialist, Fixed Income Trading Operations will be responsible for executing Charles Schwab’s bond trading operations, ensuring that the process is efficient and accurate. The successful candidate will partner with traders, operations staff, and other teams to create and execute a strategic vision for bond trading operations.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in fixed income operations and/or trading, with a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field. The candidate should have a clear understanding of the bond market, experience with electronic trading tools, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The Sr. Specialist should be able to provide strategic guidance while still being able to take on the operational day-to-day tasks.
