Sr. Manager, Offer Management (Individual Contributor)

The Charles Schwab team is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Senior Manager of Offer Management to join our growing team. The ideal candidate for this role will bring a passion for driving impactful change and an innovative approach to leading a team of Offer Management professionals.In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Offer Management team in ensuring the successful execution of Schwab’s innovative offers to our clients. You will bring expertise in developing and managing offers, as well as a keen eye for detail to ensure the accuracy of our offers. You will also be responsible for driving the end-to-end process, from idea to execution, and driving the team to deliver results.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in offer management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. You must have a strong understanding of the offer management process and be able to lead a team with a positive, proactive attitude. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects at once. You should also have a creative, data-driven approach to problem solving and the ability to develop strategies for successful implementation of offers. Finally, you must be highly organized and able to handle the demands of a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
