
Specialist, Trading Operations
Research and process corporate actions in the accounting and trading systems as needed. Research and resolve various reconciliation breaks within client accounts. Label new accounts as well as perform daily/weekly checks to validate account labeling. Work with other team members to process client requests including cash needed and restriction request. Review accounts on a periodic basis to verify trade restrictions. Maintain cost basis in the accounts in the portfolio management system. Maintain and troubleshoot issues related to system generated performance calculations. Assist in the integration of additional strategies onto the portfolio management systems. Produce, review, and distribute various daily trading operations exports and reports in support of various CSIM Trading and Operational processes as needed. Help maintain accurate client records and ensure proper processes are followed within the portfolio management system.
5+ years of work experience in financial services or operations with corporate action processing experience preferred
Experience with portfolio accounting and reconciliation software desired
Self-motivated, able to work independently to bring projects and reporting to conclusion
Interest in gaining knowledge about investment management
