As an SPS Resolution Specialist at Charles Schwab, you will be joining a “Second Level” escalation team that serves as primary point of contact for internal and external customers regarding their equity compensation plans with Schwab. Work with new and other team members and peers to provide support, mentoring and guidance. Assist manager in day to day managerial tasks including supervisory review of new accounts and account updates Manage team service levels, respond for escalations and resolve issues within scope of knowledge and authority. Opportunities to support projects that align to departmental and SPS objectives. Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of own work within established time frames.
