We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Specialist, Operations - Retirement Plan Administration. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement plan administration services, ensuring the highest level of service and support for our clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with a strong understanding of retirement plans and regulations.   1. Manage day-to-day operations of retirement plan administration services.
  2. Ensure the highest level of service and support for clients.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of retirement plans and regulations.
  4. Provide accurate and timely communication with clients regarding their retirement plans.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in retirement plan regulations.
  8. Monitor and maintain data integrity and accuracy within retirement plan systems.
  9. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  10. Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.
  11. Train and mentor new team members on retirement plan administration.
  12. Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, such as sales and compliance.
  13. Participate in meetings and presentations with clients to provide updates on retirement plan operations.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.
  15. Continuously strive to improve and streamline retirement plan administration processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Retirement Plan Administration, Preferably At A Financial Services Firm.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Erisa Regulations And Retirement Plan Compliance.

  • Experience With Recordkeeping Systems And Proficient In Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Clients, Colleagues, And Vendors.
