  1. Oversee and manage a team of professionals in the Identity & Access Management department.
  2. Ensure the security and integrity of the company's identity and access systems.
  3. Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to identity and access management.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address any vulnerabilities or risks in the company's systems.
  5. Implement and maintain industry best practices for identity and access management.
  6. Lead and mentor team members to ensure high levels of performance and professional development.
  7. Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet departmental goals.
  8. Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  9. Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on system security and any potential risks.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in identity and access management to continuously improve the company's systems.
  11. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of identity and access systems.
  12. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to enhance and optimize identity and access management processes.
  13. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  14. Manage and resolve any incidents or issues related to identity and access management in a timely and effective manner.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Identity And Access Management, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Management Position.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Identity And Access Management, Including Iam Frameworks Like Saml, Oauth, And Openid Connect.

  • Experience In Managing A Team And Leading Large-Scale Iam Projects, Including Implementing Iam Solutions And Integrating With Other Systems.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Relationships With Stakeholders.
