- Lead and manage the Identity & Access Management team to ensure the security and integrity of clients' personal and financial information.
- Develop and implement strategies and processes to enhance the identity and access management program.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices in identity and access management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of identity and access management policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation plans.
- Create and maintain documentation of identity and access management processes, procedures, and controls.
- Train and mentor team members on identity and access management principles, practices, and tools.
