  1. Develop and implement strategies for managing access to company systems and data, ensuring the security and integrity of client information.
  2. Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure high performance and continuous growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on identity and access management policies and procedures.
  4. Monitor and assess potential security risks and vulnerabilities, and take necessary action to prevent and mitigate potential threats.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective and efficient access management processes.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in identity and access management, and continuously improve processes and procedures to meet evolving security needs.
  7. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of access controls, including authentication, authorization, and auditing.
  8. Manage and maintain access management tools and technologies, ensuring they are functioning properly and meeting business needs.
  9. Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on identity and access management, providing guidance and support to other teams and departments within the company.
  11. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on access management policies and procedures.
  12. Handle any escalations or issues related to access management in a timely and effective manner.
  13. Continuously monitor and analyze access management metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Uphold the company's values and standards, and promote a culture of security and compliance throughout the organization.
  15. Collaborate with other senior managers to develop and execute long-term strategies for the Identity & Access Management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Identity And Access Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Identity And Access Management Systems, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Team Manager, The Candidate Must Have Excellent Leadership Qualities, Including The Ability To Motivate And Develop Team Members, Drive Results, And Promote A Positive Work Culture.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Iam Technologies: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Various Iam Technologies, Including Access Control, Identity Governance, And Identity Lifecycle Management, And Be Able To Provide Strategic Guidance And Expertise In Implementing And Managing These Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Senior Team Manager Will Be Required To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Stakeholders, And Senior Management. Therefore, Effective Communication, Collaboration, And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Success In This Role.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Complex Iam Projects On Time And Within Budget. Project Management Certifications Such As Pmp Or Prince2 Would Be Highly Desirable.
