
Senior Quantitative Analyst
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Quantitative Analyst to join our team at Charles Schwab. As a Senior Quantitative Analyst, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our success by leveraging your strong quantitative background to develop insights and models to support our business decisions. The ideal candidate for this role must have an advanced degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, economics, or statistics and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a quantitative analysis role. You should have extensive knowledge of quantitative methodologies, analytics, and modeling techniques such as machine learning, regression analysis, and optimization. Additionally, you should be highly proficient in statistical programming languages such as R, Python, SAS, SQL, and Excel. You should also have strong communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed.
