
Senior Quantitative Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantitative Analyst to join the Charles Schwab team and play an integral role in the development and implementation of sophisticated quantitative strategies. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Quantitative Analyst must have a deep understanding of quantitative analysis and financial markets and experience developing quantitative models. To be considered for this position, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, economics, finance, or statistics, as well as 5+ years of relevant experience in quantitative analysis, preferably in the financial industry. In addition, the ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of quantitative analysis techniques such as linear and nonlinear optimization, statistical modeling, and machine learning, as well as proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Matlab. We are looking for a team player with a passion for quantitative analysis and financial markets who is eager to help us further Schwab’s mission to make investing more accessible and affordable for everyone.
