  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all wealth management needs.
  2. Create and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients, taking into account their individual goals, risk tolerance, and financial situation.
  3. Collaborate with other members of the Schwab Wealth Advisory team to ensure a seamless and holistic client experience.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the market to provide informed and strategic investment advice to clients.
  5. Utilize Schwab's innovative tools and technology to enhance client experience and improve overall efficiency.
  6. Manage and monitor client portfolios, making adjustments as needed to align with their financial goals and objectives.
  7. Conduct regular reviews and check-ins with clients to assess their progress towards their financial goals and make necessary adjustments.
  8. Act as a mentor and leader to junior members of the team, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  9. Collaborate with other departments within Charles Schwab to identify cross-selling opportunities and provide a comprehensive suite of financial services to clients.
  10. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of service and ethical standards are upheld.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Wealth Management: A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Financial Services Industry, With A Focus On Wealth Management And Financial Planning.

  • Advanced Knowledge Of Investment Strategies And Products: In-Depth Understanding Of Various Investment Vehicles, Including Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds, And Alternative Investments.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Concepts To Clients And Build Strong Relationships With High Net Worth Individuals.

  • Proven Track Record Of Success: Demonstrated Ability To Generate New Business And Retain Existing Clients, With A History Of Exceeding Sales Targets And Achieving High Levels Of Client Satisfaction.

  • Relevant Industry Certifications: Possessing Industry-Recognized Certifications Such As Cfp (Certified Financial Planner) Or Cfa (Chartered Financial Analyst) Is Highly Preferred.
