  1. Develop and implement strategies for managing and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day management of suppliers, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
  3. Ensure all suppliers are aligned with the organization's business objectives and values.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and onboard new suppliers that meet the organization's needs.
  5. Monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement or cost savings.
  6. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate supplier performance.
  7. Manage and analyze supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  8. Conduct regular supplier audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of improvement or risk.
  9. Foster a culture of collaboration and partnership with suppliers to drive mutual success.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supplier management and implement them within the organization.
  11. Manage and mentor a team of supplier management professionals to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
  12. Represent the organization in supplier meetings and negotiations, advocating for the organization's best interests.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements related to supplier management.
  14. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  15. Continuously monitor and report on the performance of the organization's supplier management program to senior leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supplier Management, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Supplier Management Best Practices, Contract Negotiations, And Vendor Risk Management.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Build Relationships With Internal Stakeholders And External Vendors.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Cost Savings And Process Improvements Through Vendor Management Strategies.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Other Relevant Advanced Degree Preferred.
