  1. Develop and implement relationship management strategies to effectively serve high net worth families.
  2. Lead and manage a team of relationship managers to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients.
  3. Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing personalized solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of financial products and services offered by Charles Schwab.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow and retain client relationships.
  6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in relationship management for high net worth families.
  7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  9. Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
  10. Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the success of relationship management initiatives.
  11. Mentor and coach team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
  12. Represent Charles Schwab at industry events and conferences, promoting our services and building brand awareness.
  13. Proactively identify and address potential risks and compliance issues related to client relationships.
  14. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for the Family Wealth Alliance team.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize relationship management processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Relationship Management: A Senior Manager Of Relationship Management At Charles Schwab Must Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Relationships With High-Net-Worth Clients. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Long-Term Relationships With Affluent Individuals And Families.

  • Strong Financial Acumen: The Ideal Candidate Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Financial Planning And Wealth Management Strategies. They Should Have A Thorough Knowledge Of Investment Products And Financial Markets, And Be Able To Provide Expert Guidance To Clients On Their Wealth Management Needs.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Manager Of Relationship Management, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders. Therefore, They Must Possess Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients And Colleagues At All Levels.
