- Oversee all aspects of lease portfolio for Charles Schwab, ensuring efficient and effective management of real estate assets.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of lease administration to review and negotiate lease terms, rent adjustments, and other key lease provisions.
- Develop and implement lease administration policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
- Monitor lease expirations and proactively plan for renewals or relocations as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve lease-related issues and disputes in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of lease data and documentation.
- Lead and mentor a team of lease administrators, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in lease regulations, and make recommendations for process improvements to optimize lease management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property managers to ensure smooth and successful lease administration.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of the lease portfolio and any potential risks or opportunities.
Extensive Experience In Lease Administration: A Qualified Senior Manager At Charles Schwab Should Have A Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Lease Administration Or A Related Field. This Experience Should Include Negotiating Leases, Managing Lease Portfolios, And Interpreting Lease Language.
Strong Understanding Of Real Estate And Finance: A Senior Manager At Charles Schwab Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Real Estate Principles And Financial Analysis. They Should Be Able To Analyze Lease Terms And Financials To Make Informed Decisions On Lease Negotiations And Portfolio Management.

They Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Internal Stakeholders And External Parties, Such As Landlords And Brokers, To Negotiate Favorable Lease Terms.
