We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to join our Advisor Services team as a Field Enablement leader. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and execute our training and enablement programs for our financial advisors, driving their success and helping them better serve our clients.   1. Develop and implement training and enablement programs for financial advisors within the Advisor Services team.
  2. Collaborate with team members to identify key areas for improvement and create targeted training initiatives.
  3. Create and maintain training materials, resources, and tools to support the ongoing development of financial advisors.
  4. Provide coaching and guidance to financial advisors to improve their skills and performance.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in order to incorporate them into training programs.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in training and enablement efforts.
  8. Analyze data and metrics to measure the impact of training programs on advisor success and client satisfaction.
  9. Develop relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance training and enablement offerings.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on financial services industry and related topics to support training and enablement initiatives.
  11. Serve as a mentor and role model for more junior team members and provide guidance for their professional development.
  12. Represent the Advisor Services team at conferences, events, and other industry gatherings to promote our services and network with potential partners.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate our training and enablement programs.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture within the Advisor Services department and across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Field Enablement Or Sales Training, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Executing Successful Field Enablement Strategies And Programs.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services Offered By Charles Schwab, As Well As A Solid Understanding Of The Competitive Landscape.
