  1. Lead the development and execution of the overall digital product management strategy for Charles Schwab, in alignment with the company's mission and goals.
  2. Oversee a team of product managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of new digital products and enhancements.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
  4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the financial services industry and its digital landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  5. Drive the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility.
  6. Define and track key performance metrics for digital products, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
  7. Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that digital products are user-friendly, technically sound, and aligned with brand standards.
  8. Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new digital products and features.
  9. Continuously monitor and analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and drive product optimization.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital product management, sharing insights and recommendations with the team and company.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Product Management, With A Focus On Digital Products.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Financial Services Industry, Including Knowledge Of Investment Products And Services.

  • Excellent Leadership And Team Management Skills, With Experience Managing A Team Of Product Managers And Cross-Functional Teams.
