Extensive Experience In Digital Content Management: The Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Digital Content, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Content Strategy, Seo, And Digital Analytics.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: The Senior Manager Should Have Proven Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Content Creators, Editors, And Strategists. They Should Be Able To Set Clear Goals, Delegate Tasks, And Provide Guidance And Feedback To Their Team.
