  1. Lead a team of business analysts in conducting thorough analysis of our current business systems and processes.
  2. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementing changes to drive innovation and efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and business units, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business systems analysis, and make recommendations for implementing new technologies or processes.
  6. Create and maintain detailed documentation of business systems and processes, including functional requirements, technical specifications, and user guides.
  7. Lead and facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
  8. Conduct quality assurance checks on systems and processes to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  9. Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  10. Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure effective communication and understanding of project requirements.
  11. Develop and implement training programs to educate users on new systems and processes.
  12. Proactively identify and address potential issues or risks, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Business Systems Analysis, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Business Analysis Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile And Scrum.

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels.
