
Senior Manager -ALM, Quantitative Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - ALM, Quantitative Analyst to join the Charles Schwab team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our asset and liability management strategies to ensure our financial stability and success. - Develop and implement asset and liability management strategies to ensure financial stability and success of the organization.
- Utilize expertise in quantitative analysis to assess risks and make data-driven decisions.
- Lead and manage the ALM team, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to drive impactful changes.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and industry developments to inform asset and liability management strategies.
- Conduct regular stress testing and scenario analysis to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of asset and liability management processes.
- Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in ALM and quantitative analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulators and industry experts.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends in ALM and quantitative analysis.
- Manage budget and allocate resources effectively to meet department objectives.

Expertise In Asset Liability Management (Alm): The Ideal Candidate For This Role Would Possess Extensive Experience And Expertise In Alm, Including Knowledge Of Financial Modeling, Risk Management, And Regulatory Requirements.
Strong Quantitative Analysis Skills: A Senior Manager - Alm, Quantitative Analyst At Charles Schwab Should Have A Strong Background In Quantitative Analysis, With Proficiency In Statistical Software And The Ability To Develop And Implement Complex Financial Models.
