Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Auditor, Technology to join our team at Charles Schwab. As a Senior IT Auditor, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving our IT processes, identifying potential risks, and implementing solutions to mitigate those risks.   1. Conduct comprehensive audits of our technology systems and processes to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks and enhance the effectiveness and security of our technology systems.
  3. Monitor and assess the implementation of recommended solutions and provide guidance to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and assess the security of new and existing technology systems, applications, and processes.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT auditing and maintain a deep understanding of the latest technologies used by the company.
  6. Prepare and present detailed reports and findings to senior management, highlighting potential risks and areas for improvement.
  7. Communicate audit results and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure that security protocols and procedures are always followed.
  9. Identify and report any violations or breaches of security policies, procedures, or standards.
  10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior auditors to support their professional growth and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Professional Certifications Such As Cisa, Cissp, Or Cia.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In It Auditing, Preferably In A Financial Services Firm.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Technology Infrastructure, Security, And It Risk Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
