- Conduct thorough and comprehensive IT audits to assess the effectiveness of technology controls and processes within the organization.
- Analyze and evaluate complex technology systems and processes to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, risk management, and compliance, to develop and implement effective risk management strategies.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and provide support in developing action plans to address any identified deficiencies.
- Stay current with emerging technology trends, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in order to continuously improve the audit process.
- Plan and execute audits in accordance with established standards and procedures, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Identify and recommend areas for process improvement and assist in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of vulnerability and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, providing guidance and support on technology risk management.
- Mentor and train junior team members to ensure proper understanding and execution of audit processes and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions and adhere to ethical standards and company policies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of internal controls and processes related to technology risk management.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations on audit findings to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter expert on technology risk management and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In It Audit, Risk Management, Or Compliance.
Professional Certifications Such As Cisa, Cissp, Or Cia.
Strong Understanding Of It Infrastructure, Systems, And Security Protocols.
Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Communicate Potential Risks And Solutions To Senior Management.
