  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  2. Serve as a knowledgeable and reliable point of contact for clients, offering expertise and guidance on retirement planning and financial services.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty through effective communication and personalized service.
  4. Utilize in-depth knowledge of retirement plans and financial products to assist clients in achieving their retirement goals.
  5. Actively listen to clients' needs and concerns, identifying opportunities to offer additional services and products that align with their financial goals.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and efficient delivery of services to clients.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, providing clients with accurate and relevant information and insights.
  8. Handle and resolve client complaints and issues in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction.
  9. Act as a mentor and resource for junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to promote a cohesive and supportive work environment.
  10. Contribute to the growth and success of the Retirement Plan Service team by actively participating in team meetings, offering ideas for improvement, and providing feedback on processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Retirement Plan Products And Services, Including 401(K), 403(B), And Individual Retirement Accounts (Ira).

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory And Compliance Requirements For Retirement Plans, Including Erisa And Irs Regulations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Delivering Exceptional Client Service And Building Strong Relationships With Clients, Including Experience Managing Large And Complex Retirement Plan Accounts.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Articulate Complex Financial Concepts To Clients Of Varying Levels Of Knowledge And Understanding.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Client Service Specialists, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Business Objectives.
