
Regional Bond Specialist
The RBS identifies and understands client goals and objectives and recommends appropriate investment vehicles to meet the client's income needs, including portfolio and asset allocation. Specialists work closely with field partners to develop and assist with sales strategy, call campaigns and workshop delivery. The RBS utilizes multiple sources to uncover and convert sales opportunities. There is typically 25% travel in this role, although frequency may vary depending on market conditions and strategic priorities. In addition, specialists will answer general account inquiries while maintaining a deep understanding of advised products offered by the company. This position is a relationship based sales role in which the employee will be responsible for production targets. This role requires a high level of engagement with clients, peers and partners.
3+ years of sales experience in financial services
Ability to build relationships, collaborate with partners and consistently produce results
