RabbitMQ Administrator

The RabbitMQ Administrator is part of the RabbitMQ team. Hosting Services is a key component of TIS (Technology Infrastructure Services) organization. The RabbitMQ team is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of infrastructure of a highly available Message Queue transport across mainframe and distributed environments. Provide technical support for RabbitMQ tasks/projects while following governance standards. Extract Metrics and Logs in Splunk for RabbitMQ Customers for troubleshooting, alerting, etc. Interface with other technology support organizations. Track work in Jira. Follow Change Control procedures and policies. Enforce Standard Operating Procedures and best practices. Create technical documentation on Confluence.
