Job Description

As a Project Manager/Business Management Analyst you are responsible for leading and supporting strategic execution initiatives. Facilitate process improvement and other optimization initiatives. Calculate, aggregate and communicate savings achieved.Take a leading role in Annual Operating Plan/ Portfolio planning activities for GDT. Manage multiple small projects/ initiatives in parallel to achieve annual GDT organizational objectives. Aggregate and report progress monthly and quarterly on current year objectives and key results. FOEX budget oversight. Represent GDT in various cross-functional initiatives; gather information and report. Meet with offshore vendors; support vendor coordination and management activities.

Job Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in a mix of project management, process improvement, and business operations management

  • Experience with resource and budget planning

  • Background experience in financial services industry
