  1. Monitor and maintain the smooth operation of production systems to ensure high availability and optimal performance for clients.
  2. Identify technical issues and effectively troubleshoot them to resolution, minimizing downtime and impact on clients.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and system administrators, to identify and implement solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
  4. Act as a technical expert and resource for the customer support team, providing guidance and assistance with complex technical inquiries.
  5. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams and standard operating procedures, to ensure efficient and effective support processes.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, and proactively make recommendations for system improvements and upgrades.
  7. Communicate technical issues, updates, and resolutions to internal stakeholders and clients in a clear and timely manner.
  8. Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical production systems.
  9. Continuously monitor and analyze system performance data to identify potential issues and proactively address them.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Production Support Or Technical Customer Support Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Production Support Principles And Best Practices, Including Incident Management And Troubleshooting Techniques.

  • Experience With Supporting And Troubleshooting Complex Production Systems, Such As Web Applications, Databases, And Middleware.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Handle Customer Escalations.
