
Marketing Manager, Retail Engagement Marketing
This position is an exciting opportunity to take on a high-impact, highly visible individual contributor role to develop and deliver marketing programs that address participants’ financial needs and goals. By helping Schwab deliver on our “Through Clients’ Eyes” approach, you’ll contribute to both the financial wellness outcomes for participants and Retail growth metrics for the organization. This group is dedicated to helping meet participants’ financial needs both within and beyond their workplace retirement or stock plans—while also driving growth for Schwab’s Retail business. Comfortable balancing multiple projects while working in a high-change environment, and you roll with the punches while finding ways to produce results within your control.
Ability to become a subject matter expert in your focus area, and the confidence to make on-strategy marketing recommendations
Prior financial services marketing experience strongly preferred.
Experience providing marketing consultation, thought leadership and strategic recommendations to partners at different levels.
Familiarity working with creative agencies and managing projects through all phases of creative development, from initial brief through final distribution.
Experience marketing retirement plan, stock plan, or financial wellness topics a plus
