Managing Director, Head of UX Design

We are looking for an innovative, creative, and visionary Managing Director, Head of UX Design to join the Charles Schwab team. In this role, you will lead our UX Design team, championing the development of world-class user experiences. You will be responsible for defining, influencing, and inspiring a customer-centric design process that is consistent across all of our products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of transforming user experiences by leading a team to success, while maintaining the highest standards of usability and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a leader with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, who is eager to make a lasting impact on the user experience at Charles Schwab.Required qualifications include:• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Digital Design, User Experience Design, Interaction Design, etc.)• At least 10 years of experience in UX Design, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role• Demonstrated success in leading a UX Design team and driving digital transformation initiatives• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and the design process• Exceptional communication and organizational skills• Ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally• Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsIf you are a dynamic, motivated, and customer-focused leader with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences, we want to hear from you!
