
Managing Director, Compliance Regulatory
The Charles Schwab team is looking for an experienced and driven Managing Director, Compliance Regulatory to ensure the firm is compliant with all current regulations. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of compliance professionals. You will be a key partner in developing strategies to ensure Schwab’s compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role. You will have strong knowledge of the securities laws, rules, and regulations and be able to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders. In addition, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have experience leading, motivating and developing team members.We are looking for a leader who is passionate about compliance, has the ability to think strategically and analytically, and will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
