Understanding day-to-day TA audit practices, managing reporting efforts, and holding teams accountable for compliance in partnership with TA leadership. Managing internal and external audit requests and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. Effectively coaching and cross-training diverse teams. Providing timely feedback and coaching to employees to ensure performance metrics are being met or exceeded. Leading with a culture of engagement and ownership to improve processes with a steadfast focus on our customer. Monitoring the case management workflow and Workday queues to ensure all transactions are completed accurately and within defined Service. Maintaining knowledge articles related to TA onboarding, immigration, and relocation in the MyHR knowledge base portal. Level Agreements (SLA).
