At Charles Schwab, we are looking for a motivated, innovative and experienced Manager - Liquidity Management to join our team. As the Manager - Liquidity Management, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive liquidity management strategy that aligns with the firm's overall risk appetite and meets regulatory requirements. We are looking for someone with a passion for financial markets and an ability to think strategically.The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in liquidity management, capital markets, financial analysis or a related field. You should also have a solid understanding of asset and liability management, capital adequacy, and regulatory reporting. In addition, you should be highly organized and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.We are looking for an individual that is driven by a strong sense of team work and collaboration, and has an eye for detail and accuracy. If you are an analytical thinker who is able to think outside the box and develop creative solutions to complex problems, we would love to hear from you.
