Job Description

Take a thorough approach to requirements gathering while challenging business partners to improve a process and eliminate waste. Work with multiple business and technology stakeholders to understand project requirements and their cross functional impact. Act as a platform owner, creating and implementing a vision that builds capabilities aligned with business strategy. Provide Subject Matter Expertise and on-boarding guidance to multiple Business Analysts across projects as they compile detailed requirements across projects. Be a decision driver when working with the business in creating efficient, scalable workflow management systems. Orchestrate cross functional dependencies, risks and ensure successful delivery of multi-year programs. Document, review, and moderate Stories for projects while providing a critical eye to the content, presentation and level of detail.

Job Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year Regulatory Reporting experience including but not limited to CATNMS and Trade Reporting Facility (TRF)

  • A minimum of 3 years business systems analyst experience managing large, complex, and cross functional projects.

  • Financial and/or trading background is preferred

  • Prior working knowledge of JIRA or any related Scrum tools

  • Strong working experience in Scrum methodologies with detailed insight into Agile processes and ceremonies
