- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital vendor management strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of digital vendor management professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive high performance and achieve departmental objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with key vendors, negotiating contracts and managing vendor performance to ensure optimal value and service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Legal, and Procurement, to drive strategic sourcing initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Continuously evaluate and improve vendor management processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital vendor management, proactively identifying new technologies and vendors to enhance the company's digital capabilities.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track the success of digital vendor management efforts.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on vendor performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure effective onboarding and offboarding of vendors, including contract management and vendor performance reviews.
- Lead the vendor selection and evaluation process, conducting due diligence and managing the vendor onboarding process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners to understand their needs and requirements, and ensure alignment with vendor management strategy.
- Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the digital vendor management team, encouraging new ideas and initiatives to enhance processes and drive efficiencies.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on vendor management strategy and performance.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Vendor Management And Sourcing Within The Digital Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Digital Technology And The Ability To Stay Current With Industry Trends And Advancements.
Proven Experience In Negotiating Contracts And Managing Vendor Relationships.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Results.
