Lead UI Software Application Engineer

Continually evaluate modern design patterns and collaborate with architects and leadership to drive and evolve our overall UI/UX strategy. Collaborate as a technical lead and SME in the area of UI design, development, & strategy for multiple scrum teams. Perform code reviews as required. Mentoring developers in design patterns, best practices and software development strategy. Building reusable Web components that will be used across all delivery channels. Identifying ways to improve our technology, process & performance. Partnering with back-end developers to design consumable data structures in JSON. Participating in design, code, and technical design reviews. Integrating performance monitoring to empower data-driven decisions. Influencing the features and direction of the platform with your own ideas. Design & build solutions that significantly impact the company growth.
