Lead QA Engineer

1. Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and processes to ensure the high quality of our digital platforms and applications.
2. Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to understand project requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
4. Develop and maintain test cases, plans, and scripts to thoroughly test all aspects of our digital products.
5. Execute test cases and identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.
6. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing QA processes and implement improvements as needed.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in QA methodologies and tools, and make recommendations for their implementation.
8. Actively participate in team meetings, providing updates on QA progress and identifying potential risks and issues.
9. Provide regular reports on QA metrics and performance to management and stakeholders.
10. Act as a point of contact for any QA-related inquiries or issues, and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
11. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
