  1. Greet and welcome donors to Charles Schwab and Schwab Charitable with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  2. Assist donors with inquiries and provide information about our services and philanthropic opportunities.
  3. Process donor contributions, including cash, stock, and other assets, accurately and efficiently.
  4. Maintain accurate and organized donor records in our database.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of donations.
  6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with donors, providing exceptional customer service.
  7. Keep up-to-date on industry regulations and trends related to charitable giving.
  8. Provide support to donors in navigating the online platform for managing their charitable accounts.
  9. Identify and resolve any donor concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Assist with the planning and execution of donor events and other outreach initiatives.
  11. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the donor experience.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive donor information with discretion.
  13. Meet and exceed performance goals set by management.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance donor satisfaction and retention.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Donor Services Or Philanthropic Advising.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Charitable Giving Strategies And Tax Laws.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With High-Net-Worth Clients.

  • Proficiency In Financial And Wealth Management Software, Such As Schwab Advisor Center And Fidelity Charitable.
