
Disaster Recovery Engineer
This is a position that is responsible for oversight for DR Plan management of new/changed apps & systems to ensure recovery tasks and scripts are kept current (are written thoroughly and with highest quality). This requires continuous review to ensure the DR Plans are ready for execution, deliver improvements in our workflow processes, incorporate automation, enforce ITDR Governance Standards, and guide clients in the use of best practices. Serve as Agile development team member to participate in pre exercise DR Plan readiness & post-exercise failure remediation activities. Work within the TDR standard operating processes to deliver DR product and services, ensuring highest quality deliverables. Actively participate in working sessions to address DR exercise failures and measurement of RTO.
5+ years of demonstrated experience dedicated to IT infrastructure systems
3+ years of disaster recovery operations and management
5+ years of systems engineering experience
Fusion ITDR SaaS is a plus
Remedy, Troux, xMatters, MIR3 working experience is beneficial
