
Disaster Recovery Engineer
Develop a working knowledge of regulatory guidelines, relating 3rd party disaster recovery program(s). Establish and maintain third party testing relationships, scheduled third party testing with a full understanding of interdependencies and post- test management. Willing to learn how to perform vendor risk assessments reviews, contract assessments, identify gaps and provide recommendations. Willing to learn how to deliver ongoing feedback regarding risk management, mitigation, and prevention. Coordinate with the IT technical staff to ensure 3rd party disaster recovery solutions are prepared, acceptable, maintained, and tested as part of a consistent operational life cycle. Understand and develop inclusive test requirements for successful execution. Coordinate & lead 3rd party DR exercises, inclusive of tabletop exercises, simulated exercises, and full DR testing.
1+ years of systems engineering experience, tech help-desk environment or technical project management
1 + years of delivering results using an Agile Framework, plus
Understanding of elementary IT network principles is a plus
